Multiple rectifier units per cabinet, special mounting or enclosure needs, auto-potential or non-standard tap outputs are available, as well as sun shields fitted to oil-cooled rectifier tanks.

Custom Air Cooled Rectifiers: Split level racks with front and side hinged removable doors, are features of this pole mounted, air-cooled rectifier. Powered by dual AC input voltages of 120/240 or 240/480 volts, and with the quality and durability of heavy duty transformers and JA Electronics' industry-leading design. Customized enclosures and mounting styles available per customer requirements. Options include variac output control and meter switches.

Swing Out Series Rectifiers: This pole-mounted cathodic protection rectifier features separate DC voltage and current meters, and is powered by dual AC input voltage. To provide convenient access to all components, a removable chassis is housed in a special swing-out aluminum enclosure. Other standard features include a two-pole, fully magnetic circuit breaker and heavy duty transformer for durability. Options include 115-volt convenience outlet and variac output control.

Econoline SD Rectifiers: The Econoline SD line of single-door rectifiers from JA Electronics offers low initial cost, and is powered by dual AC input voltage. All components are mounted on a single removable chair-rack assembly. Standard features include pole mounting and a powder-coated aluminum enclosure. Also standard are 24 possible output combinations: 4 course taps and 6 fine taps. Surge protection is provided by zinc oxide varistors on both the AC and DC sides of the rectifier.

Utility Series Rectifiers: The Econoline UT series provides your corrosion-prevention system with a convection air cooled cathodic protection rectifier. This rectifier series is designed for pole or wall mounting, and powered by a single AC input voltage. Standard features include a fully magnetic circuit breaker, 4 course and 6 fine tap adjustments, .090 ga. powder-coated aluminum enclosure, and a single combination volt/amp meter. Options include a painted steel enclosure, variac output control, and thermal circuit breaker.

Oil Cooled Series Rectifiers: Enclosed in a nonclassified or explosion-proof tank, these oil-immersed cathodic protection rectifiers are constructed with lifting eyes, with a lockable, hinged top, and with fins for added cooling and strength. Separate transformer and stack rack assemblies are provided for easy removal and servicing. The construction of the explosion proof housing option is classified for use in areas with flammable vapors. Single or three-phase input available.

Solar Powered Cathodic Protection Systems: Modern photovoltaic solar panels from Kyocera^® and the patented Omega II^® controller from JA Electronics allow impressed-current cathodic protection even when commercial power is not conveniently available. Our solar-powered systems feature high quality components and batteries specifically designed for sun-powered equipment, and the durability of JA Electronics construction.
